Who operates the service
Gates Timekeeping is operated by Ricky Reasner. For account-access or privacy questions, use the contact form and include enough information to identify the company involved, but no password.
Account and time records
The application stores company details, account names and emails, password hashes, roles, time entries, approval decisions and correction records. Employees use their own account; authorized company administrators can review appropriate company records.
Inquiries and product-use counters
A contact form stores the details you submit, your consent to a reply and the request timestamp in a private inquiry queue. Basic first-party counters record event names and page paths, not account passwords, the contents of timecards or advertising profiles. Security-related infrastructure may process request IP addresses and technical logs.
Cookies and third parties
Session and request-protection cookies support sign-in and security. The pilot does not configure advertising trackers or sell inquiry details. Payment and transactional-email providers are not active production features in this deployment. Your browser may make requests needed to load the website and downloadable app assets.
Retention and employer responsibilities
Keep the employee records your business is required to retain independently of this pilot. The service does not promise automatic retention compliance or an automatic deletion schedule tailored to every jurisdiction. Account, correction or deletion requests can be submitted through the contact form and require identity and authority checks.
Your choices
You can use the public demo and calculator without an account. The calculator computes in the browser; its input values are not submitted to the inquiry queue. Do not place employee personal data into public inquiry messages. For an employment-record dispute, start with your employer’s authorized reviewer.
Changes and review
This early-access notice will be updated as providers and capabilities change. It is not a claim that counsel has approved the product or that the pilot meets every organization’s procurement requirements.
