Look past the headline price.
A base fee, a per-user charge and a hardware purchase can create very different totals. Our calculator lets you compare your own numbers without inventing a competitor quote.

- Include setup and mandatory hardware.
- Verify support, records access and export format.

Clear answers about the cost.
Will my free pilot become a paid subscription?
Not automatically. No payment card is collected. Any future paid service requires a separate, explicit checkout.
What is included in the proposed $15 Starter plan?
The intended launch package covers the core employee time-recording, review, correction and export workflow for up to 10 employees. Until paid launch, evaluate those core capabilities through the free pilot.
Are scheduling and GPS included in every plan?
No claim is made that unverified features are included. Scheduling, location rules, paired kiosks and offline punching are not part of the verified core offer.
Do I need a new physical time clock?
Not for the browser app. Use compatible internet-connected phones or computers. Each employee needs an individual account; a shared PIN kiosk is not currently supported.
How should I compare this with a per-employee quote?
Use your actual team size, base fee, per-employee fee and any required hardware or setup costs. The free cost calculator shows arithmetic, not a guarantee of equivalent features or savings.
