Create a job per project and list tasks under it. Crew members pick the job at clock-in, and managers review hours by job each week. Gates tracks hours only, not wages by job or invoicing.
Fix mistakes with a paper trail
Missed punches happen on busy sites. Employees can submit time-correction requests, managers review them, and edits keep a history.
Know the limits
Gates does not include certified payroll reporting, prevailing-wage calculations or accounting integrations today. It exports reviewed hours as CSV. Offline punches sync when the phone reconnects; app-store listings are not available yet.

Does it support certified payroll?
No. Gates records and exports hours; your payroll provider applies wage rules.
