A practical path from signup to review

Start small. Check the whole workflow.

A time clock is only useful when the employee, manager and payroll handoff all make sense. Here is the route through the free pilot.

STEP 01

Create your company

Choose your company name, owner sign-in and time zone. No payment card is required. Your account opens to the manager workspace.

STEP 02

Add a few employees

Create individual employee accounts and share initial credentials securely. Automated invite email is not configured; the manager sees the delivery instructions.

STEP 03

Record a complete sample shift

Employees sign in to the browser clock, start the shift, record a break and clock out. Keep an alternate record for work without a connection.

STEP 04

Review and hand off

Inspect the recorded time, fix discrepancies with a reason, approve entries and open a worked-hours CSV. Check the file with your payroll process before using real records.

Pilot rule of thumb: keep the existing payroll process in parallel. A clear demo is not the same as a completed production rollout.

Take a look before you create an account.

The interactive demo uses fictional records. The calculator handles manual times without an account.

Keep the tools.
Lose the unnecessary overhead.
