Shared tablet time clock kiosk with PIN punch

Put one tablet by the door or in the shop and let a crew clock in with a personal PIN. Kiosk mode is built to reset itself so the next person starts clean.

One device for the whole crew

Open the kiosk screen in the browser on a shared tablet or computer. Employees enter their PIN to punch in, take a break or clock out, without needing their own phone or a personal login on a shared device.

Managers set and reset each employee's PIN from the manager workspace.

Built to be left alone

The kiosk clears the screen automatically after a short period of inactivity, so one person's information is not left on display for the next.

Leaving kiosk mode requires a manager PIN, which keeps a curious employee from wandering into the admin side.

Honest about what it is

Kiosk mode runs in the browser and needs an internet connection. It is not a dedicated clock hardware product, and kiosk punches do not capture GPS location.

Questions from small teams

Do I need special hardware?

No. A tablet or computer with a modern browser and an internet connection is enough.

Can it punch without internet?

No. The browser kiosk needs a connection. Offline punching is separate roadmap work.
