Geofencing for jobsite time clocks

Define each worksite with an address and a radius, then have Gates flag or block clock-ins that happen too far away. You choose how strict to be.

Worksites with a radius

Managers add worksites with a location and a geofence radius. The same worksites are used for scheduling, jobs and reports.

Three levels of strictness

Off ignores location. Flag records the punch and marks it for manager review when it is outside the worksite. Block refuses the clock-in and tells the employee how far away they appear to be.

Most small teams start with Flag, which catches problems without stopping anyone from working.

Where geofence checks apply

Checks run on browser clock-ins that share a location. Kiosk punches and manager edits do not capture location. A worksite without coordinates is not checked.

Questions from small teams

Can I set a different radius per worksite?

Yes. Each worksite has its own radius, and the company has a default.
