Put the employee’s records within reach
The browser clock shows the current shift state and recent completed entries. Employees do not need access to the manager dashboard to check their own record. This helps put questions about a missed punch or an unexpected total into context.
Make the correction process clear
Before rollout, tell your team how to report a missed clock-in, a break recorded incorrectly or time worked without an internet connection. A correction request should include the date, actual times and the reason for the change. The manager should review it before approval.
Avoid surprises
Explain who can see a record, when a manager may change it and what happens at the end of a pay period. Keep sensitive employee records out of group chats, and do not share account passwords.
Questions from small teams
Can employees review another person’s timesheet?
The employee view is for the signed-in person’s records. Company managers use a separate administrative view.
Are push notifications required?
No. The basic browser workflow does not require push notifications or a native app installation.
